What you provide:

Numbered PDFs: [paper_number]_final.pdf, formatted to the agreed template
Metadata sheet (Excel template provided): paper number, session, title, authors (up to 5 per paper) with affiliation and ORCID, corresponding author email, keywords (up to 6, semicolon-separated), abstract
Front matter content: cover design, committee list, foreword text, sponsor logos, copyright text, ISBN/ISSN
DOI prefix and ISSN confirmed with CrossRef

The surcharge for non-compliant papers (wrong dimensions, missing fonts, broken PDFs, page limit exceeded) is communicated upfront after an initial quality check — never as a surprise at delivery. Extended abstracts without DOI are included in the compiled volume but excluded from the CrossRef deposit. Abstracts in the metadata sheet are optional but recommended for better CrossRef indexing. The service operates on finished PDFs — no content editing or individual paper typesetting is included.

The main factors are: page count, complexity (tables, equations, images), number of chapters, and whether you need both print and e-book formats. We always provide a fixed quote upfront.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes, for projects over €1,000 we can arrange payment in three installments: 50% upfront, 25% at midpoint, 25% on delivery.

What if my book is longer than 400 pages?

We handle books of any length. For longer books, pricing is calculated based on the actual page count and complexity. Contact us for a custom quote.

Is there a minimum project size?

We typically work on projects of 50+ pages. For shorter documents, please contact us to discuss options.
